Turnaround, availability and recording quality
Turnaround begins once Amber has received the complete official recording and all required information. Availability, recording quality, proceeding length and complexity, research requirements, access restrictions and judicial review may affect completion. In some circumstances, all or part of a transcript may be unavailable.
Restricted proceedings and publication bans
Certain proceedings are subject to access restrictions. Additional information, approval or a court order may be required before a transcript can be produced or released. A publication ban is distinct from an access restriction, and all applicable publication restrictions continue to apply.
Confidentiality and delivery
Court recordings, supporting materials and transcripts are handled confidentially and released only as permitted by applicable court requirements. Electronic delivery is secure, particularly for restricted or sealed matters.
